I don’t know if I’ve ever posted a “blatant holiday comic” but I really wanted to take a break from drawing and write something instead. I hope the Schulz family doesn’t mind my homage to my favorite comic.

It’s been a crazy year, and a crazy holiday season so I wanted to reflect a tiny bit. Everyone celebrates this season for their own reason and this one is mine.

The year is coming to an end, it’s colder and darker outside and it can affect our attitudes toward others, and ourselves. This is a time to try not to focus on how tough life is, but to remember how to be good to each other. I wish I could give more of my time to help others, and I’m grateful for everyone who has helped me out this year and for the past few years.

To my friends, family, and readers I’m thankful for you. I sincerely hope you’re having a merry holiday, and a happy new year.
